Kimberly Bradley is a Board Certified Pediatric occupational therapist and founder of Kim4Kids, a multidisciplinary therapy practice, and Connection Across the Spectrum, a nonprofit expanding social opportunities for young adults with high-functioning autism. Her specialized training spans sensory processing, DIR/Floortime®, feeding intervention, and Animal-Assisted Intervention.

Kimberly Bradley, MS, OTR/L, BCP is a pediatric occupational therapist, advanced practitioner, and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming how children and families access meaningful, effective support. As founder of Kim4Kids, she has built a multidisciplinary therapy practice grounded in the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to develop independence, regulation, and functional life skills — in the clinic, at school, and at home. Board Certified in Pediatrics (BCP) through the American Occupational Therapy Association and SIPT-certified, her advanced credentials span sensory processing, DIR/Floortime® (Level 1), feeding intervention including SOS approach principles, and Animal-Assisted Intervention. She also founded Connection Across the Spectrum, a nonprofit committed to expanding social connections and opportunities for young adults with high-functioning autism. Kimberly designs innovative programs, crafts parent education resources, and leads professional development that equips families, educators, and providers with practical, everyday strategies.

April Christopherson is an occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience and founder of Exploration Kids Therapy in Colorado. She is an adjunct faculty member at Advanced Brain Technologies and Interactive Metronome, teaching continuing education courses on neuroplasticity and development to professionals across the U.S. and internationally.

April Christopherson, OTR/L, has been an occupational therapist for over 25 years, working with diverse populations across a variety of clinical and educational settings. She is the founder and owner of Exploration Kids Therapy in Colorado, and previously served as Director of OT and Director of Training and Development for over a decade at The Shandy Clinic in Colorado Springs. She sits on the clinical advisory board for Interactive Metronome Corporation and is a member of both the Advanced Brain Technologies and Interactive Metronome adjunct faculty, where she teaches introductory and advanced continuing education courses on neuroplasticity and development. April has traveled throughout the U.S. and internationally sharing her expertise in these areas. She earned her degrees in Occupational Therapy and Psychology from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA in 1991.

Heidi Clopton is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 28 years of experience and founder of Centers of Development, a three-clinic practice in the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee. She is editor of Sensory Processing Anthology, a comprehensive guide to sensory processing disorders sold internationally, and has lectured nationally and internationally throughout her career.

Heidi Clopton, OTR/L, graduated from UT Memphis with Highest Honors in 1998. Early in her career she was recognized with the 'Most Outstanding OT in 35 Years' award from the UT Memphis College of Health Science and was the inaugural honoree of the Rising Above Ministries 'Hall of Heroes.' She has lectured and shared her expertise nationally and internationally, and served as editor of Sensory Processing Anthology, a comprehensive guide to sensory processing disorders sold internationally. Heidi has been practicing pediatric OT for over 28 years — beginning her career serving children through TEIS and school systems before opening Centers of Development in 2002. Her three-clinic practice in the Upper Cumberland region is built around a holistic, team-based model that integrates occupational therapy, developmental support, and family education into everyday routines.

Dr. Alan Fisch is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than four decades of clinical experience, operating his own private practice in Massachusetts since 1968. He has served as Director of Psychiatry at Addiction Medicine Associates since 2003, and taught as a Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School for 25 years.

Alan Fisch, MD, is a well-respected psychiatrist with more than four decades of clinical experience, having owned and operated his own private practice in Massachusetts since 1968. Focused on addiction medicine and family therapy, he has served as Director of Psychiatry at Addiction Medicine Associates since 2003, working with primary health clinics to develop comprehensive plans for patients recovering from addiction. Earlier in his career, Dr. Fisch directed psychiatric and mental health programs at numerous facilities throughout the Greater Boston area, including appointments at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and MetroWest Medical Center. He also served as Chairman of the Board for the Psychiatric Network of Massachusetts and held board positions with the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health and the Society for Family Therapy and Research. He taught as a Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School for 25 years. Board-certified in psychiatry and neurology, Dr. Fisch maintains Diplomate status with the American College of Addiction Medicine and has been designated a Medical Review Officer by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He trained at Brandeis University (BA, cum laude), Tufts University School of Medicine (MD), and completed postdoctoral training at Dartmouth Medical Center, Boston State Hospital, and the New England Medical Center.
