1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Refunds)
You have 30 days after receiving your item to try it out. We fully encourage you to open the packaging and let your child use it!
• No Return Shipping Required: If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you do not need to repack it or ship it back to us.
• How to request a refund: Simply email us at promotion@ted-kangaroo.com with your order number and a brief note about why it didn't work for your family. Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. 5-Year Replacement Guarantee (Warranty)
Our products are built for years of real, daily use. If your item stops working properly within 5 years of purchase due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear under regular use, we’ve got you covered.
• Please note: This warranty covers regular daily use and quality issues. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or intentional alteration caused by human factors.
• Free Brand New Replacement: You do not need to send the damaged item back. We will ship you a brand new replacement completely free of charge.
• How to claim your warranty: Send an email to promotion@ted-kangaroo.com with your order number, along with a short photo or video showing the issue. Our team will review it and get your new item on the way.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/color, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. Keep the incorrect item—we will send you the correct one right away for free.

4. Exceptions
Please note that we cannot issue refunds or replacements for gift cards.
