After opening it popped right on up and it's very sturdy! It provides comfort and a good "relaxation area" for those with sensory. My child seems to be gravitating to it and likes it a lot! It does hold them snug for pressure seekers. I got it while one sale so it's a very good value and helpful tool as well. Overall I'd say it would be worth it especially if you have an on the go sensory seeker!

This is a great sensory seat for adults and kids. I have two kids that are sensory driven so having us at home is great for them. They can straddle it like riding a horse and it puts pressure on their chest and their back at the same time my daughter will sit on it for hours on end. This is the calmest I’ve ever seen her I have also sat on it and it holds up well granted I’m only 5’1” and 130 pounds but it still holds me it puffed up quick as soon as you open the packaging took less than 24 hours for it to get to its full size. This is great for kids with sensory needs that need to be met this gives them the pressure that they need to call their body. The only thing I do not like about this is whatever the fabric is made out of it collects everything dust food debris hair I constantly have to take a lint roller to it. Everything just sticks to it. Wish they made a cover for it to avoid that as you can see in one of my pictures there’s white specs all over it. That is just debris doesn’t matter how clean your house is it picks it up.

My son loves this and uses it all the time, he's 4. My daughter who is 12 steals it all the time so it looks like I'm going to be getting another one 😅.

Our VERY active neurodiverse 4 year old loves this seat! He calls it his "horsey chair" -- I'm sure that's not how the designers intended it to be used, but he loves it! Two year old brother also enjoys it when he can get a turn.

We have only had it a couple of weeks so I don't know how it will hold up long term, but for now it seems very well made, with high quality foam and a soft, washable cover. I love that it provides cushioning for our little guy who is always bouncing. Even if it turns out to have a short life, it is well worth the money to give him a safe way to be active inside.

My autistic 4 year old, instantly fell in love with this. We've tried a few products in the past to get him compression sensory but nothing was a good fit until this. I highly recommend for sensory needs

This was unexpectedly such an awesome gift for my autistic 2 year old. He leans on it, sits on it, climbs on it. My 3&4 year old also love it so I may have to purchase 2 more.

Absolutely one of my favorite tools as an OT. I’ve only had this chair for a couple of weeks. It gets used every day and is a favorite for so many of the kids. It provides nice gentle sensory input that has been phenomenal for calming with several kids. It’s made of soft foam and seems very durable.

I can’t say enough good things about the Sensory Soft Squeeze Seat! We have an autistic child and another with sensory issues and this chair has been a big hit. It’s humorous how small the pillow is when it arrives as they shrink wrap it, but it poofs out to its full size fairly quickly. Our kids have been using this chair around the house nonstop since it arrived. The cover is soft and has a zipper for easy removal and washing. There are multiple ways to sit in this chair. It is made of a harder foam and, as shown in the listing, you can sit like you are riding a horse and rock back and forth. You can sit sideways in it, or you can lay it on the ground and lay inside of it. I’m sure our kids are finding other ways of using it as well. Like I said earlier they all love it. We have 5 kids ranging from age 4-14. Our oldest doesn’t really use it, but I don’t know if that’s because she has no interest or just doesn’t feel like fighting the others for it. There was no age or weight range on the listing, but so far we haven’t had any issues with our older kids using it. It’s a very neat chair and I’m glad we took a chance on it.

This thing was definitely vacuum packed, but expanded well. My sensory kiddo loves rocking in it while watching tv.

My grandchild is on the spectrum and this seat has really helped him in moments where he needs some soothing. The other kids enjoy using it as well, so I recommend it for the entire family. It seems to be well made and should last for a long time.

I bought this for my hyperactive 4 year old. I've tried several methods on how to slow her down and Ted has made such a significant difference in her behavior overall. It has created a more calm environment in our household.
